40% Brazil Sao Judas
40% Guatamala El Bosque
20% Brazil Biodynamic Fazenda Terramater
...
We have been developing a new blend over the last month, which had unfortunately involved us all tasting loads of delicious coffees after work and having trouble sleeping!
We were looking for something full bodied, sweet and fruity, distinctive and balanced. We are really happy with us. What we have is notes of sweet toasted almonds, chocolate which manages to strike a good balance of tasting delicious with milk and being a sweet, smooth yet complex espresso.
Big thanks to our roaster Steve at Has Bean for his help and suggestions with this. He does the hard work. Here is what he has to say about the coffees in our blend.
